About the role
The Founder’s Executive Assistant is a mission-critical operator - someone who brings order to chaos, flow to the calendar, and momentum to daily execution. You’ll be the single point of accountability for ensuring the founder’s day runs like a high-performance engine across email, meetings, travel, and time.
You understand that a founder’s time is a high-value resource and you protect it by making sure the right people get scheduled, the right priorities move forward, and nothing important slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Be the founder’s flow engine - Own the calendar, inbox, LinkedIn, and meeting rhythm. Say no, prioritise what matters, and create space for focus.
- Close every loop - Follow up on actions, chase reports, track priorities. Make sure nothing slips ever.
- Run the day like a system - Prep meetings, block time, send nudges and bring momentum to every interaction.
- Own founder logistics - Travel, stay, client meetings, wherever the founder needs to be. Think ahead, plan fast, and make execution invisible.
- Solve problems proactively - Act as the founder’s operating layer, bringing structure, clarity and speed to everyday execution.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as EA to founders.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes calendars, inboxes, and daily ops in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to draft, follow up, and communicate on behalf of the founder.
- Super organised and has the ability to bring structure to chaos.
- Operates well in high-speed, early stage environments with low ego and high ownership.
