We’re looking for a senior leader to head our Account Management & Growth charter. This role owns DPDzero’s most valuable lender relationships, drives expansion across products and delinquency stages, and to build a playbook for turning $100k pilots into $1M+ anchor accounts. This is a high-ownership role that blends CXO-level relationship management, commercial growth, and team leadership.
What You’ll Do
1. Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute account growth strategy aligned to company’s ARR goals.
- Conquer wallet share in top 50 BFSI customers with a repeatable expansion playbook.
- Own a portfolio worth ₹100Cr+ and directly manage 2–3 anchor accounts.
2. Customer Success Excellence
- Ensure DPDzero consistently delivers ROI, efficiency, and GP protection
- Drive retention, renewals, and long-term account stickiness.
- Be the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for client CXOs.
3. Growth Partnerships
- Lead structured deals to drive expansion strategies across products/stages
- Unlock new revenue lines in existing relationships.
- Prepare strategies to drive wallet share.
4. Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a team of Strategic AMs and AMs.
- Foster a culture of ownership, growth mindset, and account management best practices.
- Drive consistent governance rhythms (monthly, quarterly reviews).
Key Skills & Experience
- 12–18 years in fintech/BFSI partnerships, enterprise account management, or NBFC corporate sales.
- Proven record of scaling accounts to ₹100Cr+ portfolios.
- Strong CXO presence, negotiation, and commercial acumen (account P&L ownership).
- Background in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or BPO/KPO services strongly preferred.
