Ready to build the workplace of the future?
The Account Manager will support Strategic Account Managers in driving growth across key accounts. This role manages day-to-day SPOCs, ensures smooth execution, and prepares the data/insights required for expansion conversations. It is a stepping-stone role into Strategic AM, ideal for ambitious professionals with 3-4 years’ experience in fintech/BFSI partnerships.

What You’ll Do
1. Day-to-Day account operations
  • Manage daily interactions with lender SPOCs.
  • Track allocations, report progress, and push for incremental expansion.
  • Ensure operational alignment between client SPOCs and internal delivery teams.

2. Data & Insights
  • Build MBR/QBR decks, highlight ROI and performance trends.
  • Provide inputs to Strategic AMs for CXO meetings.
  • Run allocation tracking and budget utilization reports.

3. Expansion Support
  • Spot and escalate opportunities for pilots/new delinquency buckets.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction on daily ops.

Key Skills & Experience
  • 3-4 years in fintech AM, BFSI partnerships, or enterprise sales.
  • Exposure to managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong analytical + relationship management balance.
  • Great with Excel and powerpoint.
  • MBA from IIM, ISB, or Tier-1 B-School mandatory.
