About the role
At DPDzero, Sales doesn’t happen by accident, it happens because every lead is tracked, every opportunity is unlocked, and every follow-up is airtight. As we scale, we need someone who keeps the entire BizDev engine running like a high-speed machine. That someone is this role.
You’ll be the control tower of Sales, the person who knows every lead, every account, every stakeholder move, and every internal dependency, pushing the team toward faster closures and zero slippage.

Responsibilities
- Run the sales engine: Stay on top of every lead, opportunity, and follow-up. Nothing slips.
- Own all deal documentation: Prepare and coordinate agreements, commercials, proposals, and negotiation inputs with speed and accuracy.
- Drive account growth: Work with Customer Success to surface expansion opportunities and push the team toward whitespace.
- Build deep client intelligence: Map stakeholders, track org changes, and maintain always-updated lender insights.
- Enable sales velocity: Coordinate decks, demos, and internal alignment to keep every deal moving without friction.
- Run pipeline & performance tracking: Maintain dashboards, track targets, flag gaps early, and ensure the BizDev engine runs on time.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Business Support, or Revenue Ops roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, MS Office
- High operational rigor; you never miss details, deadlines, or follow-ups
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with discipline and speed
