About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who can bridge product, sales, customer success, and marketing to shape how the world understands DPDzero’s AI Collections Stack. This role is pivotal in enabling sales, customer marketing, driving GTM, and ensuring our product narrative lands with precision across segments.

You will be the custodian of our product story ensuring that every launch, message, and asset reflects clarity, credibility, and category leadership. 

Responsibilities

1. Positioning & Messaging

  • Build and refine product messaging, value propositions, and differentiation frameworks.
  • Translate product capabilities into crisp narratives for lenders including Banks, NBFCs and FinTech.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across pitch decks, sales assets, and campaigns.

2. Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Own GTM for new products, features, enhancements, and AI capabilities.
  • Drive launch planning across product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with ABM to align GTM narratives to Tier I/Tier II account strategies.

3. Sales Enablement

  • Create high-quality decks, battlecards, one-pagers, competitor matrices, ROI storylines, and playbooks.
  • Train sales & SDR teams on product updates, customer insights, and objection-handling.
  • Assist revenue teams with narrative sharpness for pitches, proposals, and custom decks.

4. Customer Lifecycle Support

  • Own voice-of-customer loops - interviews, NPS surveys, feedback sessions, closed-lost analysis.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to build customer journeys, adoption frameworks, and success stories.

5. Market Intelligence & Research

  • Track competitor moves, pricing, messaging, and launches.
  • Surface insights for product prioritization and GTM refinement.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional written communication and storytelling ability.
  • Comfort working with product, engineering, sales, and leadership simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and complex, multi-stakeholder selling.
  • Experience in building GTM frameworks, sales enablement assets, and customer-facing narratives.
  • Ability to turn technical concepts into clear, benefit-led messaging.

Good to Have
  • Experience in fintech, lending, collections, or risk products.
  • Prior exposure to ABM-based GTMs.
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting customer and product data.
  • Exposure to pricing, packaging, or category creation efforts.
