The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, creating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our management information systems operate effectively and provide accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
• Collect, process, and maintain data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Report Generation:
• Create and distribute regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights.
• System Maintenance:
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of management information systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data reporting tools and systems.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with different departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting needs are met.
• Provide support and training to team members on data-related tools and practices.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, database management, and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or other management software.
