DPDzero is an AI-powered, full-stack collections platform transforming how banks and NBFCs manage loan delinquencies. Started in 2023, we’ve grown 20X in just 24 months—partnering with some of India’s largest lenders including RBL Bank, IndusInd Bank, Unity Small Finance Bank, Moneyview, Tata Capital, and more.

We’re not building a tool—we’re fixing one of the biggest and most ignored problems in banking: debt collections. With our AI agents, data science algorithms, and zero-ops platform, we’re rewriting how collections are done—faster, cheaper, and 10X more ethical than what’s existing today.

Who we’re looking for 

  • Someone who’s led at least one 0-to-1 marketing journey in a B2B startup—ideally selling into banks, NBFCs, or fintechs.
  • Someone who’s seen Series A to B scale and knows how to build brand, content, and sales enablement that moves revenue, not just metrics.
  • Someone with 5+ years of experience and the scars to prove it—you’ve been in the trenches and know how to build under pressure.
  • Someone who’s here to rewrite playbooks, not follow them—especially in an overlooked, chaotic industry like collections.
  • Someone who doesn’t just build brands—they create categories and shift perception.
  • Someone who moves fast, thinks big, and sees marketing as a weapon—not a function.

Here’s how you would do it - 

Brand & Thought Leadership – take charge of the narrative

  • The debt collections industry is broken. We need to tell the world why. 
  • Create killer content; whitepapers, blogs, and reports that don’t just explain AI collections, but force the industry to take notice.
  • Work directly with the founder to craft high-impact narratives that set the industry agenda. 
  • Own the website, blog, and all digital collateral—make it the first stop for every lender looking for solutions and talent looking for game changing career opportunities. 

Events & Industry monopoly – get DPDzero in every room that matters

  • Lead industry events, closed-door roundtables, and fintech meetups.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with regulators, ecosystem leaders, and BFSI players.
  • Represent DPDzero at top events (GFF, etc.)—on stage, not just in the crowd.

Digital & Social – not just noise, but build Influence

  • If something is happening in fintech, DPDzero needs to be in the middle of it. 
  • Own channels like LinkedIn & Twitter, turn DPDzero into the voice of AI-driven collections. We don’t just want engagement, we want impact.
  • Experiment with podcasts, newsletters, short-form video—whatever makes our voice louder.

Sales Enablement – help close more deals, faster!

  • Collaborate deeply with sales to align marketing with pipeline velocity
  • Build pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and competitive battle cards that make lenders say “we need this”.
  • Marketing should move revenue, not just impressions. 

PR & Industry Influence – make sure we’re the first name they hear

  • Get DPDzero featured in top fintech media and analyst reports. 
  • Work with PR agencies or take control yourself—whatever gets us the loudest, fastest
  • Financial institutions, regulators, potential talent and investors should see us everywhere.
