Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Tech Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building high-impact teams for a fast-growing SaaS/Fintech organization. You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing top-tier talent, conducting initial assessments, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and product heads to deeply understand role requirements and align hiring strategies with business goals. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company’s growth trajectory and culture.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a high-growth startup environment

• Proven success in hiring for engineering, product, and technical leadership roles

• Deep understanding of SaaS or Fintech domain talent pools and hiring challenges

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a stakeholder-first mindset

• Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and modern ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent)

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment

• A data-driven approach to track, analyze, and report hiring metrics and continuously improve the hiring process

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for a diverse range of roles: Backend/Frontend Engineers, DevOps, QA, Data Analysts/Scientists, and Product Managers

• Strong grasp of technical stacks, developer tools, and startup engineering culture

• Exposure to diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding strategies

• Familiarity with campus hiring or internship programs in tech institutions
