About DPDzero 

DPDzero is an AI-powered, full-stack collections platform transforming how banks and NBFCs manage loan delinquencies. Started in 2023, we’ve grown 20X in just 24 months—partnering with some of India’s largest lenders including RBL Bank, IndusInd Bank, Unity Small Finance Bank, Moneyview, Tata Capital, and more.

We’re not building a tool—we’re fixing one of the biggest and most ignored problems in banking: debt collections. With our AI agents, data science algorithms, and zero-ops platform, we’re rewriting how collections are done—faster, cheaper, and 10X more ethical than what’s existing today.

We're looking for someone who sees HR not as a supporting function but as a business critical growth engine. Someone who can build a high performance, no bureaucracy culture while enabling the company to scale at speed while deeply caring about people without compromising on accountability and real results. Someone who can sit across the table from the founders/ other leaders and call out blindspots fearlessly while ensuring the company never outgrows its culture. 

 

What You’ll Do

Talent strategy and hiring - 

• Build and execute the hiring plan to fuel 10X revenue growth. 

• Set an uncompromising talent bar, be the guardian of our standards and culture

People operations - 

• Run agile, high quality HR ops - Fast offers, seamless onboarding and smart exits. 

• Design and manage compensation that rewards performers and not just tenure. 

Org design and scalability - 

• Partner with founders to design scalable org structures that unlock business growth.

• Own and drive change management in all re-org and scale-up phases.

Standard HR compliance - 

• Continues Iteration on policies to ensure we are compliant. 

• Work with legal and infosec dept to handle HR audits, employee relations, compliance frameworks. 

Culture and performance management - 

• Work with founders to define the culture manual and be the evangelist driving rituals across all locations 

• Setup and own OKR based performance management and ensure people get consistent feedback

• Design and own succession planning and adherence. 

Advisor to the Founders

• Be a strategic sounding board on people, structure, and leadership moves.

• Challenge leadership constructively, driving clarity and alignment on all major people's decisions.

Ideal profile

• 8+ years in high growth organisations with a team size of 300+ 

• Deep expertise across HR functions: talent acquisition (corporate & ops), compensation & benefits, compliance, and engagement..  

• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational agility

• Experience in reporting to CEO/ founders. 

• Experience in implementing HR tech systems and automating operations.
