The Role: Make the Founder Unstoppable
We’re building India’s best collections company—combining AI, people, and execution to reduce delinquencies at scale. But speed breaks if the founder gets buried under noise: constant meetings, inbound chaos, email overload, and logistics.

Your mission? Filter the chaos. Protect the founder’s time and energy so they stay locked on growth, execution, and outcomes. You’ll amplify the founder’s firepower.

What You’ll Own
  • Complete calendar control: protect focus, optimize deep work, and eliminate time-wasters
  • Inbox triage: only the highest-leverage, highest-priority matters reach the founder
  • Travel, events, and external coordination: seamless logistics with zero surprises
  • High-stakes meeting prep: investors, customers, leadership, partners
  • Follow-ups, reminders, and accountability: nothing slips through the cracks
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to keep leadership aligned

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years supporting founders, CXOs, or senior leaders in high-growth companies
  • Extreme attention to detail and an obsession with bringing control to chaos
  • Ruthless prioritization—you know what deserves the founder’s time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Hungry to operate in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
