About DPDzero
DPDzero is an AI-powered, full-stack collections platform transforming how banks and NBFCs manage loan delinquencies. Started in 2023, we’ve grown 20X in just 24 months—partnering with some of India’s largest lenders including RBL Bank, IndusInd Bank, Unity Small Finance Bank, Moneyview, Tata Capital, and more.
We’re not building a tool—we’re fixing one of the biggest and most ignored problems in banking: debt collections. With our AI agents, data science algorithms, and zero-ops platform, we’re rewriting how collections are done—faster, cheaper, and 10X more ethical than what’s existing today.

What You'll Do:
Build and Scale the DPDheroes(Agents) Network
- Set up and scale our frontline partner network—reliable, trained, city-ready
- Own supply planning: right number of partners by pin code, DPD bucket, and geography
- Ensure structured onboarding, compliance, and re-training loops through our system
Run Daily Ops Like a Command Center
- Drive real-time case allocation, routing, and visit execution
- Own throughput metrics: visit completion %, meaningful conversations, ₹ recovery
- Solve daily ops issues: escalations, no-go zones, repeat visits, fraud, feedback
Enforce Discipline & Operational Excellence
- Own field audits: GPS, photo proof, ID checks, dress code, SOP adherence
- Track partner-level performance and compliance scores
- Run structured interventions: warnings → coaching → offboarding if needed
Optimize Recovery & Unit Economics
- Drive city-level recovery and partner productivity
- Optimize for: cost per collection, retry rates, visit efficiency
- Improve orchestration using system nudges, feedback loops, and data
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Central Ops
- Feed ground-level insights back into product improvements
- Build dashboards and daily war-room rituals that drive performance
Who You Are
- 6–8 years running high-intensity city ops or ground operations at scale
- Worked in delivery-led ops like Zepto, Bounce, UrbanClap etc
- Led large teams or partner networks (500–1000+ field staff/partners)
- Strong with numbers, audits, SOPs, and people
- Tech-comfortable: can run your day on dashboards, apps, and live trackers
- Great at working with people: agents, area managers, vendors, and borrowers
