Director of Data Analytics
We are looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead our Analytics function at DPDzero. 80% of collections decisions in DPDzero are driven by analytics and insights. You will own the charter that powers this and create a perennial moat for DPDzero’s success.
What you’ll do
- Define the data analytics strategy and align it with the long-term success of the company.
- Partner with business and product leadership to translate short & long-term goals into measurable outcomes.
- Build and scale a high-calibre analytics team: hire well, set clear objectives, and enable them to deliver impactful insights at speed.
- Establish best-in-class processes for reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking across digital, calling, and field collections.
- Drive data-driven decision making across the company by developing frameworks, KPIs, and experimentation practices.
- Mentor and guide analysts to grow as business partners, not just report creators.

What you must have
- Ability to move fast with velocity while keeping the big picture in mind.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3+ years leading a team of 10+ data analysts.
- Proven track record of delivering business impact through analytics in high-growth environments (Series B+ startups preferred).
- Hands-on ability with Python, SQL, reporting tools, and building dashboards; experience in performance measurement, funnel analytics, and forecasting.
- Experience working with leadership to define metrics, measure success, and adjust course rapidly.
- Strong people leadership skills: hiring, mentoring, and scaling analytics teams.

Good to have
- Experience with advanced statistical modeling, ML/AI-powered analytics, or GenAI data products.
- Background in fintech, lending, or financial services.
- Experience reporting directly to founders.
