Ready to build the workplace of the future?
We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a strong background in soft skills and process/product training in the collections/recovery industry. The role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance agent capabilities in both people skills and process knowledge, ensuring effective and ethical recoveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver soft skills training (communication, empathy, negotiation, professionalism, assertiveness, problem-solving) to recovery/collections agents.
- Conduct process and product training for new hires (NHT) and existing staff, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Design engaging training modules, e-learning content, and assessments tailored to collections/recovery scenarios.
- Manage end-to-end New Hire Training (NHT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) to prepare advisors for the floor.
- Use real-life case studies, role plays, and simulations to build practical agent capabilities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR to identify training needs and design solutions.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and refresher sessions to improve agent performance.
- Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory and ethical collection practices.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (L&D certifications preferred).
- 3–5 years of training experience in the collections/recovery industry.
- Strong expertise in soft skills training (communication, empathy, negotiation, problem-solving).
- Experience in process/product training specific to collections (BX, B1, B2, B3, NPA, write-offs, etc.).
- Proven experience in handling NHT and OJT batches.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada preferred).
- High energy, adaptability, and ability to engage diverse audiences.
