We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering individuals through effective training programs and a strong ability to deliver engaging learning experiences. As a Learning & Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees. Your goal will be to enhance individual and organizational performance through targeted learning solutions.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

1.Training Design & Development:

  • Create comprehensive training programs and materials that address organizational needs and employee development goals.
  • Develop engaging content, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities that cater to various learning styles.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.

2.Training Delivery:

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels, using various instructional techniques and multimedia tools.
  • Provide clear and effective explanations of complex concepts, ensuring all participants understand the material.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.

3.Evaluation & Improvement:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Analyze training outcomes and identify areas for improvement to continuously enhance program quality.
  • Prepare and present reports on training progress, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders.

4.Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with organizational goals and departmental needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding training and development opportunities.

5.Professional Development:

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and apply new knowledge to improve training methods and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences with varying levels of experience.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with virtual training platforms and remote training delivery.
  • Familiarity with performance management and employee development frameworks.
