We’re on the lookout for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Manager who can lead our bulk non-tech hiring efforts across operations, collections, tele-calling, and field roles. This role is instrumental in scaling our on-ground workforce as we enter our next hyper-growth phase.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end hiring for large-scale non-tech roles including tele-calling agents, field executives, team leads, and support functions.
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines across multiple locations and departments.
- Partner with business teams and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies using job boards, recruitment partners, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates efficiently, balancing speed with quality.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle — from application to onboarding.
- Track hiring metrics and share regular updates on pipeline status and closures.
- Strengthen our employer brand, especially across non-tech talent pools.
Who You Are
- 4–5 years of strong experience in bulk and non-tech hiring, ideally within startups, BPOs, fintech, or fast-scaling companies.
- Hands-on expertise in hiring field staff, tele-callers, support roles, and junior to mid-level operations professionals.
- Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and offline channels.
- Great stakeholder management — you’re responsive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
- Highly organized and able to manage high-volume hiring without dropping the ball.
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment and bring a bias for action.
- Passionate about building high-performing teams and elevating candidate experience.
