About the Role — Senior Recruiter, People Success
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter who can thrive in high-growth environment to help us scale our high-performing teams across our Non-tech Hiring. This is a critical role where the person must be able to handle volume hiring. If you think you are the bulk hirer and specialize in volume hiring and who can bring the right talent but in large numbers and are super TAT-friendly, then this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:
- Recruit and onboard Telecallers, Team Leads, and Floor Leads within the specified timeframe.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and ensure alignment with DPDzero’s mission and values.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the telecalling domain.
- Work closely with other departments across the Delivery Team to ensure seamless integration of the telecalling team into DPDzero’s operations.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently and objectively.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offers, and negotiations with speed and transparency.
- Track and report on hiring progress and pipeline health.
- Work strong as a Talent Attraction Partner and promote employer branding
Ideal Profile
- 5–8 years of proven talent acquisition experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-scaling organizations.
- Strong track record of hiring for Non-Tech roles like Telecalling agents, Team leads, Managers etc. Preferably from a collections fintech, other fintech or BPO bulk hiring background. This is purely Non-Tech profile – so IT industry candidates, please refrain from applying.
- Hands-on sourcing skills across Naukri, Apna, Foundit, LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and other channels.
- Strong stakeholder management — you’re proactive and collaborative with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Ability to juggle and fill multiple positions within the TAT and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Deep understanding of the talent landscape and what attracts high performers.
- Be a strong Talent Attraction Partner as part of part of employer branding
